Project Description:

Design and Project plan for a four bedroom contemporary open-plan house. The design replaced an existing 1970's bungalow, a portion of the main walls retained to provide a structure for the proposal. The interior is based around inverted living - the kitchen, dining and living rooms set on the 1st floor giving elevated views across the landscape. In all cases the intention was to create a light, energy-efficient home that accommodated a busy professional family.
